Need to re-flash but can't read my flickering SCREEN!!!

My sister came over to babysit my daughter while I slept from a night shift. She went to play a dvd(as I have the add-ware for it) and she got the dash boot up (I think the bios is the X3 3294 for my X3CE) because she didn't LONG PUSH. Anyways, she claims it was working fine until she went into something or whatever and now, everytime I put the XBox on, I get an Unfocused screen (like when your tracking is way off from a VCR!!!). I know it's not the video cable or the TV, since the VCR plays fine. So it's a setting in the bios that she changed!

Now my PROBLEM is that I CAN'T READ sh*t off the screen and I don't know how to re-flash my bios or get my system working again.

If you can help my situation I'd really appreciate it, cause i've put much time and effort to get my XBox the way I wanted it.

Sincerely,

sorry for the long explanation!!

Mat

sounds like your video settings have changed from pal to ntsc or the other way round (depending where u live ...obviously).

boot up holding abxy, until it reboots itself.

If booting up by holding abxy does not work you may want to try using enigma-video switcher. Good chance you can download this tool from the same place you got your BIOS. To use this tool you just burn it to a DVD or CD and boot right from it. This will allow you to change your region settings back, if that is the problem.

Its A+B+X+Y which you hold during bootup which basically resets your bios settings to default.
