Need to transfer data from HDD with X360usb Pro HDD Hacker

I just bought myself a WD3200BEKT 320GB hard drive to replace my 16gb HDD I have now. I am using the x360usb Pro HDD Hacker and am wondering how, if possible, can I use the HDD Hacker to backup all of my data from the 16gb to transfer to the 320gb after I format it to use with the 360?
