try downloading it through a P2P program...i use limewire, its a free program and as long as you make sure you dont share any files you dont have to worry about people getting into your system. Just make sure you scan all files you download before you open them....http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml
just get basic its free...ive been using it for about 4 months now and my computers been running just fine if not better than it ever has...
