So, I've got my Xbox hooked to the internet wirelessly, and also my laptop is wireless.

Problem is when I connect to my xbox through a crossover cable (for higher transfer speeds) I lose the internet on my laptop.

When I try to enable "internet connection sharing" I get an error saying that the ip required is in use, but I know there's nothing on the default IP cause I evern got an IP scanner to see if my neighbor was on the network with 192.168.01. When I ping, there's nothing there... I've tried setting my LAN port to 192.168.0.1, no luck enabling sharing...
nothings on 192.168.0.1, the default IP! Aargh!!!

Here's my settings:

Router: 192.168.0.20
Laptop WAN: 192.168.0.21
Laptop LAN: 192.168.0.22
Xbox IP: 192.168.0.222
Wireless A/P for Xbox: 192.168.0.50 (This is seen by pinging, but not used while I'm using the crossover.)

Damn Microsoft!

Thanks Prior Boyz!
