So far neither of my two consoles have gotten the update here in South Dakota USA. One is a Jasper the other a Zephyr. However my brother who lives just 10 minutes away from me has received the Update on his Falcon.
I don't know if this is relevant but, My consoles have never failed any AP2.5 challenges and are always returned to stock before any update. My brothers has failed AP2.5 and he also took the last update without returning to stock. This may be irrelevant but I thought it worth mentioning.

People please try and keep this thread on topic, yes there have been reports of the cb being updated but as far as i know, no reputable source on this, can someone please help us? PM a admin/mod if you have updated, u can easily pull the updater files from your hdd and help us out

I have a falcon v3 RGH, here I've put it back to stock nand, tested xbox live connection and no update yet.
as soon as it gets it I'll send both before and after nands with cpu key.

got pre and post dumps for falcon v3
just dumping the nand now.
gonna rip the updater files from the hdd in a sec too.
strange it must have got rid of the update files after updating cos theres NONE on the hdd.

yeah i guess i need to change my dashlaunch settings but i got 09 box with e fuse protection anyway so the console will not update in any case it knows its been modified.... BONUS!! but thanks for the advice pal the update notice does get kinda irritating after a bit GO TX, C4eva & TEAM FSD!!!
and by the looks of the diagrams the 6BL and 7BL seem like the only things they have tampered with...SABOTAGE!!!! I PAID FOR IT, ITS MY CONSOLE ILL DO WHAT THE HELL I LIKE WITH IT GET OFF OUR CASE M$!!

thanks for the heads up, i wont be updating. It was only a few days ago when i finally got time to manually update to the 1699 dashboard and LT+3.0
