the latest dash update 2.0.14717 do i have to re flash my drive to stock FW then update or can i just update with a LT+3.0 drive ?

Flash your drive back to stock firmware, update to 14719, re-flash LT+ 3.0 firmware.

Always revert to stock before any dash update if you want to be as safe as possible
