That may very well be the case, but why waste the time of others by saying "maybe now" or "maybe then" there is no doubt in my mind its the most irresponsible practice a company could have that is based on sales than to tease in such a way.

You know why the x3 is currently the #1 modchip out there? because it does what it needs, and it doesnt SCREW UP. He had it ready - He released a date... Then they found a memory leak in it. WTF do you want him to do... go back in time, remove the thread?

Re-moddeling his bios isn't exactly so easy to do... even if he is just taking the feature out. Are any of you programmers? Do any of you understand the concept of glitches?

If you want a product that has features that never work...security wholes, if you want a product which will crash every 20 minutes... go ****in buy a microsoft product and get there fixes every week.

I'm sure executer prefers these threads, then the 10 million thatd be on here saying the new bios isn't working. What do you want him to do... release a bios that wont work? Have all these new features, then come here bitching... complaining, ask when it will be done? Releasing it wont do nothing... it wont please anyone, and it'll just fill the board up with more clutter.

You want to call me an ass kisser for this? Then go ahead... But call me an ass kisser for ANY programmer or product designer. Xecuter could abandon making bios's all together, and you'd have no right to bitch. The current bios does everything you'd ever need it to (Cept emulate live servers... which I've gathered is impossible). If he plans on releasing updates in the future... he will do it at his disrection, and he should not have to be bitched out, for not doing it on YOUR time schedule. He can say it'll be done tomorrow... for the next week. If you don't like it... then just don't come here or listen. IF you think it'll never happen... then alright, keep it to yourself.

Bashing a user for being an idiot, might be fine. But bashing, and doubting the creator of the very own product YOU think is godly, because he isnt as fast as you want to be... how immature is that? If you're above 15... and one of these posters who have claimed it'll never happened, or bitched.... Damn... take a good look at yourself, and ask if this is where you thought your maturity level would be at this age. Life doesn't always go as planned... neither do plans, you need to learn to live with it.

I've been waiting anxiously to - It's been a long time... but so what? Does it mean it wont ever get here... or that it's all hype? If it werent for xecuter... you'd probably be using an exenium, and stuck with all there BS in their forums... would you like that? I'm just as anxious as all of you's - But does it mean we should start a riot? Understand that programming is not exactly as simple as 1-2-3. Executer has been trying to fix it - He even decided to take the feature out, releasing a product which isn't up to what he wanted it to be, for YOU guys. Kids, I am 31 years old and no I dont mind waiting but you dont spit out a date...3 times and leave people sitting on thier thumbs believe what you like call it bitching if you like but in the end in the real world all it adds up to is a low quarter or even a bankrupt business. Nobody cares who is best, nobody cares if you put a man on the moon what everyone will see is what you did last and what was done last was a whole lot of hot air, which I might add is no bewtter than the crap Xenium spat out over thier 12 day BS.

3 dates? I only noticed 2 deadlines for the bios.

We hope to have it ready before Christmas and we promise that X3 users everywhere will love the changes / additions / fixes we have made.

Competitions 2, 3 & 4 will be announced shortly - just after we release the next X3 Bios as the competition will be linked to new features.

We already know that the first one has passed, but the second one hasn't. I don't know what this new feature is, but this tells me that it might not be too great.

There is one marvelous feature which has never been done before on any Bios designed to boot unsigned Xbox code

That probably means that it has been done before on another bios, otherwise why would that little extra be in there? Maby its a feature from a PC bios... Maby I am just reading too much into things...

Yes, everyone does see companies for the last thing they did, but The entire scene sees Xecuter's last thing as the X3, which owns. Only the forums here see it as the new BIOS not out yet, and we already have a X3 and a working BIOS at that.

Yea threeball, 31 no I am not hung on a bios. I just bought a house and work 12 to 16 hours a day and drive for an hour and 15 to get there so you know what I think I am entitled to divert myself in any way shape or fashion I feel like. It might not be what you seasoned full of life individuals have but its what I have and its mine so to hell with anybody who thinks its worthless.Shibz, might check that number there guy. Before christmas then try the first weekend of Jan and now this. They want to try something try and spit out a date when they actually plan on doing it. The entire release isnt what I am annoyed about its the constant maybe, maybe, maybe and baiting you with it. Just let him shut the hell up and do it on a date. But before you name a date or attempt have the done deal sitting in front of you 2 days before hand.

Well, seriously, it is a bit sh*tty being tempted with the thought of a new BIOS, and hoping it will be released on a certain date, with no release happening. I'm not that stuck up about it, I just want to try it out, see if there's anything cool in there.

It's kinda been like Xecuter's been dangling food on a string in front of us, and we just can't reach out and grab it. No insults intended or anything, but if you give us a date, either release it, or explain a bit more about why it won't be released, and we'll understand and shut up.

also we are finishing the script of a filesystem format that wasn't quite working correctly before Christmas. We could release a version now but would rather wait until everything we wanted to add fully working is doing just that. It's coming so don't flip out on the forums ok ?

Hmmm, filesystem format... i didn't notice that the first time I read that. I am guessing that is one of the new features.

if I were X, and I took the time away from my life to devote to this BIOS upgrade, when I already made something that worked great, and I got so many people calling me out for breaking what could vaguely be called promises of dates, I'd be so frusturated I'd never work on another update again.

Not to suck up to Xecuter or anything, but look at it like this.

This isn't a "dog" on any one person, but hopefully an explination to everyone ast to why the things are as they are.

Xecuter told you they are working to give you more.

TeamX is working, give them some time.

How would you feel if they didn't say they were working to give you more than the compitition?

They haven't given a features list because they don't know what bugs they can work out before they decide to release. There would be a hundred flames in the forums if they gave a feature list and then released a BIOS without "said feature."

I have been checking for a BIOS update daily just like the rest of you. I even check "the usual places" to see if it was released secretly. I am not complaining, though.

The BIOS you have now works. DEAL WITH IT. More features will come. The new features will be nice to have when they work correctly. TeamX doesn't want 100 flame posts about "feature X" doesn't work for me and "TeamX is the suxors because they didn't deliver."

In case you have forgotten, you CAN go get another chip. You CAN go use another BIOS. Xecuter does not owe you anything after you buy their chip. They are gratious enough to let us use their forums to help each other out and to share toubleshooting info. On top of that, they continuously give us BIOS features that they didn't have to.

If you haven't noticed, there is almost NO ADVERTISING on the TEAMX home page. How do they get money to host this site? Primarily through X3 sales is my guess. And that is because X3 delivers. (Maybe not in the timeframe that was quoted... LOL!). But Xecuter delivers.

You think that because Xecuter is a few days (Even if he was a few MONTHS late) People would go and buy an inferior product? wtf? Did the past month of no new bios coming out... make Xenium superior ot better then the X3? Did the xenium, or any other modchip... all of a sudden get a whole lot better? Am I missing something?... 31....50...10.... I dont care how old you are. You're not only disrespecting Xecuter... but your disrespecting his prouduct. It's not just the hardware that makes X3 #1... its the software. He's been saying it's out because he believed it would be, However bumps and twists keep on coming up. I'm sure like ANY Developer, he's not going to release a piece of crap bios, and have it make his product inferior. Not sure I understand you - Are you saying that since the bios will be linked to a competition giveaway... it might not be that good? If thats the case.... Read the new frontpage. A new competitioin (#2) Is out... which requires users to write a manual BASED on the new bios. So in other words... even if the future is a press "a" and it'll shut down... the new bios is needed for competition #2.


As for everyone else - Go buy an xenium... or spiderchip... or some other modchip if you dont like waiting. Xecuter is doing his best - The last thing he needs is people breething down his neck. If you wanna post constructive comments saying you cant wait... ones that arent bitching and complaining, I'm sure he'd love that. However, if I were him... god, I'd stay away from you guys - Your so ungrateful... And you know why? It's abuncha pissy people like you, who will probably make him re-think before he ever mentions a new bios, or new update coming out again...
