New Bios

At this time I will point out that while I am just as eager to see what new toys they have put into the new revision I will quote.

There seems to be one major bug in one of the features that is holding us up so we may leave that particular feature from this release and continue with what we have now, which is very sweet indeed.

That was NOT a confirmation on a soon release or release date. So while I wait as most do can we PLEASE not start with the where & when posting in reguard to bios....

I agree with harsh, lets all just wait and be patient relax have a beer smoke a spliff and just praise teamxecuter for EVERYTHING they've accomplished...there should be NO reason for *put downs* on the chip or n e of there products*

I think it would be really funny for Xecuter to release it kinda secretly. Like put it up in the usual places and only put it on the homepage where it says newest bios build. That would be funny.

I would have to agree 1959 has everything a worthless noob like myself could ever want but i wouldnt hurt to find out about the new features w/ the new bios i guess is like waiting for x-mas morning just have to keep waiting but it will be worth it.

Forums are for open discussion, if we wanna blabber about the new bios let us and don't complain about it. As long as we aren't heckling xecuter about it there's nothing wrong.

How is the bios coming xecuter? You said about a week ago you had it flashed and its f'ing sweet. Im excited about it and can't wait to see just how f'ing sweet it is! Also, any news on hard drive firmware hacks? I read on the front page awhile back you guys were going to look into it.

the pc based goodies is that the X3PC? And since the bug isnt your major feature what is the feature you have a bug with? (just want to one new feature)

99% X3 CL will be skinable as I've seen some skins for it floating around...

Some of them we thought could be implemented in the next rls is vnc server, .x logo integration, remote (from pc) edit of flubber/x logo, and others....The main reason I got my x3 was the ability to add my custom made .x logos and easily integrate them with the x3 bios instead of having to patch the x2 bios using several different applicaitons. I tried running a few different searches and came up nothing on the thread.....Maybe someone else will have some luck?

Just a thought.. wouldn't it be kinda cool if like Ava the bios checked when you had a network connection for any bios update and gave you the option to DL the newer one so you could install it.....

Bios's aint exactly on the legal side.... Hence why theres no link on teamexecuter.com... (i believe )

Having a program auto check for a new version (Especially when Xecuter isnt the only bios releaser) would most likely not work.. as the site it checks with would get closed down within a matter of minutes (Or maybe not so soon)
