first sorry for no pics but i just want to know one thing... the new lot of coolrunners rev.b have the switch to change from phat to slim colour white??? i have one tha its giving a lot of issues glitching but have this difference from the other i had buy...... am i getting clones coolrunners or not... as yours pics my coolrunner in fact have the point in the xlink chip

im not at the place i have them.. that why there its no pic.... but the only diffrence its the switch instead of black its white
from a regular store, they say the sell original, but this its giving problems and notice the white switch on it

no, they are a local store, but they say they buy form TX stores.... but my question its if someone know that if the new ones have the balck switch or the white, so i can ask my refunds for non original chip, or just see if the problem of non booting its other thing

One way to determine is if the coolrunner writing is very thick. As originals have a decent print quality on them.

To be honest.if you are having glitching issues, then first.guess isnt going.to be toward you having a fake coolrunner, there's a multitude of reasons for what could be wrong, fake cooolrunners feature pretty low on the list.
i have done many slim glitches, my soldering well im used to solder SMD componets so i dont think its my soldering or anything else....

Fair enough bud, but then again I've seen claims of people that have been "soldering for 15 years and work as a electrical engineer" who's work didn't pass muster - not accusing you of the same but it's the same process for every single poster new and old alike, glitching problems? Pics of install, girlfriend problems?? Pics of install, having trouble deciding what carpet would suit the living room? Yep, gonna need pics of your install. You get the picture

I bought 25 coolrunners from Xconsoles and some of them had white switches, so I don't think this really matters. Unless Xconsoles are cheating, which is very unlikely.
