Is it safe to update Phat Xbox's to the new dash and Play xbox live with XGD2 and XGD3 games ???

That doesnt answer the question we all know having modded firmware is never safe, the question was with the new dash update that microsoft has rolled out is it safe to update with LT 2.0 or have people being getting banned...
