Hey guys i have a liteon with lt+3 and 14699 dash do i have to flash to tock and then update to the latest dash and then reflash to lt+3 or can i directly update to the new dash??

i am sure that you did not read alot of posts on this forum saying it was ok
if you do your research on this forum you will find that it is always recommended that you flash to stock before updating, it has been said many many many many times

I've been a bit silly, I forgot to reflash stock firmware back onto my liteon drive before I accepted the update. I know it's advised to do this but I completely overlooked it, completely my fault.
My question is, do I just need to reflash LT 3.0 onto my liteon or do I reflash stock and then reflash LT?

@Marcy921 I should tell you to just search for your answer as it should be easy to find or at least make your own thread and ask your own question... but if you updated with the flash on the drive and all went through then you should be fine to keep playing... not saying that you were not flagged just saying it did not re-write your drive. Once done no since in opening it up again.
