GENERAL New hard drive

Hi

I just got a new hard drive external 1TB and i want to use this for my xbox which currently have a 500GB

Someone jtag'd it for me so i have no idea how this works

So i just want to copy all my stuff from the old drive to the new one

Well i formatted the drive to FAT32 and copied it over but the moment i turn my xbox on......Nothing lol

I really thought this would be a simple process but clearly its not

Please assist if anyone know how

Does it show up in storage as a usb storage device

from what I remember last time I did a drive change it didn't show up in xbox dash, have you reinstalled FSD or Aurora and dash launch etc ? try booting xex menu from disk and you should see it

you need to add the HDD path in FSD setting

So i checked and i can see the storage under the storage option on the xbox but it has 2 options

Configure and Customize

So when you say add it in FSD....what does that mean?

Im keen to learn but can you please explain what that is and what i need to add?

Freestyle Dash, You need to add the scan paths, so it knows where to look for games.
