New HD and xecuter3 in a v1.0

I install the chip and the hard drive. Now what should I do. Am I suppose to install a file and where do I get. I am getting a screen to load to a network or disc etc.....

Xeno Top Gear + Xbox360 Arcade edition

Hi guys,

I'm about to buy a xbox360 arcade edition next week for $70, brand new from a guy that works for Microsoft and they gave him a bunch of these, maybe left over units.

Anyway, I'm interested on getting Xeno Top Gear as well, but as you may know that the arcade edition doesn't have a bundled hard drive, so I have a simple question.

Will xeno top gear work without a xbox360 HD?

I intend on using a 250 gb sata hard disk I have instead a xbox360 HD, is this possible? or do I have to get a xbox360 HD?

Nevermind, was researching the hardware differences between arcade and the 250gb version and I'll be getting the 250gb version with kinect, my kid will enjoy it more, hardware is a lot better and it will cost the same if I want the same upgrades on the arcade console...
