X360USB PRO new hdd wont work

ok, I have a scorpio blue 320 hdd that Iv tried to format with the hddhacker, Iv went through the tut , but after partition, and putting it back into the 360 it wont format at all. trys to format but afterwards it still says unformatted... also the undo.bin seems to be corrupt, it says it needs to be 3,4,5 blocks, Iv tried the 320.bin, 120.bin, nothing is working, any ideas, am i missing something simple?

BTW, epprom is up to date, powering the drive with a molex addapter.
run it in xplorer360 and all 3 partitions are empty.........

What was the previous format type prior to you trying this?

I have a Western Digital Scorpion Blue 320GB WD3200BEVT drive and I could never get it to be recognised in my Xbox yet everything went exactly to the tut, in the end I had to use the 250hdss.bin file, have you tried that.
