Hey guys, Im sure you have all read the same updates from C4E as I have. With the release of LTU, will that make LT 3.0 obsolete? They said that the new LTU is only for the new unlocked pcb's for slims only, but does that mean that LTU will be required for slims or will keeping 3.0 be sufficient?

It looks like the feature list is the same, i.e. 3.0 will not need to be updated. I believe the LTU is just for people who can't flash their current drive configurations. For what it's worth I asked the same question on TX' forums and was flamed by their ADMIN. Their support is top notch.

Anyway, from my understanding, you only need LTU of you need it. It doesn't usurp 3.0. But even I don't know everything about it yet. We'll all find out when everything is ready
