i used calking for this one but it takes for ever to dry....overnight. to cure the glass i use a heat gun. the side you heat will curve away from you.

Thank you. Have u ever tried epoxy or jb weld or any other two part adhesives? Do you know which two part adhesive would work best?

i work in a bodyshop so i have used pro adhesives. i usually use a pannel bonding adhesive works very well i was at home when i did this plexi tho and thats all i had lying arround. just if you use some pro adhesives becarful of set up times. if it says 10 sec they mean 10 sec. i found that out the hard way:p and most of the time you dont need anything too super duty as the xbox isnt going through and major shocks or jolts to damage the bond.

Well this case gets tossed in the back of helicopters quite often. I work in the gulf on oil rigs and bring it with me for use in my bunk when waiting for the drill pipe to trip out of the hole.

Where do you get the pro adhesive? What does it not bond well with?
