recently upgraded to 11.0 with choi, SXOS 3.1.0 and pressed reboot

after SX OS splash screen, it just turned black

does my switch brick? i inserted the dongle to the switch, it won't turn on too
Good for you but mine just black screen and doesn't boot anymore. unless i change to 11.0
i have this same problem, but with 11.0
i already read 11.0.1 cause that black screen since 3.1.0 doesn't support 11.0.1

that's why i download 11.0 instead

but still happened, now i'm frustrated

Were you using emuNAND prior to updating to 11.0.1 firmware?

If not, do you have a NAND backup on 11.0 firmware or lower?

Black screens can be caused by many things. Custom themes is usually the #1 culprit b/c ppl tend to forget to uninstall them b4 updating the fw.

@JAMESkid2 No, I am using the most recent Update for SSBU on my SX OS 3.1.0 w 10.0.2. All latest games (Doom Eternal, Immortals Fenyx Rising and sorts) are working fine.
Do you mean 10.1.0? because that is the newest update not 10.0.2 Sephiroth is only playable in 10.0.0 or 10.1.0 which one do you have

The most recent Switch firmware update is 11.0.1.

You don't need to worry about firmware requirements if you install your games with Tinfoil as I believe it removes the firmware version check.
