New SD and Switch update ?

Hello,

When I insert a new SD card (freshly formatted), my Switch ask me for an update to use it. I'm already on 9.1.0 and I'm not sure that I should agree with this update.

It's seems that I can't use the SX Pro correctly if the SD Card is not recognised by the OFW.
I can launch the SX OS, but I can't go to CFW because I have a black screen after launching it (license ok - took on the webpage).

I already tried to manually copy my main SD card which is working fine with the OFW but it's always the same. The Switch asked my for an update to use it.

Do I need to accept this update ?

SX does support FW 9.1, but updating is your choice.

As for your issue it sounds like maybe you updated with ChoijuDourNX and did not pick the exFAT version of the FW. Most SD cards come formatted at exFAT and will then not work. Try formatting your SD to fat32 and trying agian.

I found it. The Switch just asked to update console to use the new SD Card (and install "Nintendo" Folder).
After update, all if fine.
