New Switch, old firmware, update required

Hello together,

I have a new Switch (from my cousin) with a SX OS compatible firmware (Found by compatibly guide with serial numbers)

Now I want to install SX OS for him. If I insert the sd card, the firmware say me, that an update is required to use mirco sdx card.
I read a thread before, that if I update, SXOS will not work. What can I do?

Says banned but any offline install the same

Make sure you choose exfat version for sd update
