New switch with old account

Hi guys,

my switch got banned a mont ago and i m planning to buy the new " revision " when it s coming out.However , i bought some games on the Eshop with my account and i want to redownload them on my new switch to play online.

Is there some risk to get banned on the new one?

This is something we can't answer.
If you have a history of modding Nintendo consoles with that account, they have the right to ban that account. I don't know what to expect if you attempt to use that account on a new switch. That's a question for Nintendo.

And should i call Nintento to ask that question? :$

That will probably most likely get your actual account banned if it isn't already. Best beat is to have another Switch you can go online with.
