I clean my NAND ( I had AP 2.5 failed ) with NAND-X 2 months ago I think, so I have 2 nand dumbs and CPU key.

That dumbs wich J-Runner made em nanddump.1 & 2 those u mean right ?

if you have your CPU key, you can use a donor decrypted CB_B to re-create the keystream

i suspect that this will become a necessary thing for a lot of users

its already part of J-Runner

Thanks for confirming that, was going to ask if that was a viable possibility yesterday but things were a little hot around here so figured I'd just wait to see what was said.

slims before we had rg2 for phats. If you had your cpu key you were fine if you didn't you had to wait for xecuter to figure out the 14719 to be able to obtain cpu key. No worries for most of us and the only people who have to worry are slim cause I highly doubt any cornoa for when the hack does release will have older cb and trinitys that are left out there are most likely not updated.

I haven't even got the update yet.

By changing the CB board, was not to lock the boot Xell too?
I have a slim dual boot, and updated Freeboot stopped for being in version 14719, but the Xell up!

You know what.. Let's wait for some TX facts & answers about the update instead of throwing in some assumptions or fantasies and waisting time.

It always goes like this..no need to panic just WAIT with the update. You don't need this dash for playing your latest games and its not givin the 360 incredible features .So why bother??

This seems a silly view. I prefer to ask questions and ask if my assumptions are correct rather than just waiting and having people I have never met tell me what to do. Also those of us with dual NAND machines do need the update to keep our live usage. For me it gives me the incredible feature of live so that's why I would bother.

I don't see many people panicking. Just asking questions. This is a new experience for most and with the imminent release of DemoN there are a lot of people who are interested and inquisitive especially those waiting for their preorders to arrive in the next week or so

Can the hacked dash be updated externally via usb stick? So theoretically create an image with +1 ldv, write to console, then update retail side?

LT+ 3.0 is fine. Just revert to stock first before updating. AS ALWAYS.

Hey ubergeek just thought i would let you know the sky tab is still on the dashboard, i did mention it earlier in this post but wasn't sure if you got the message.
Question for you too does the Xval by redline99 really work ? Just i didn't revert to stock dvd firmware and i had no affect on my console and i've used back ups online it tells me sec data clean still so hoping it does work. Thanks mate
