New To 360 Hacking

I have few concerns before I decide to buy an Xbox 360.

1. I know you can get caught playing back-ups on live and get banned forever. I was thinking of buying games that are played online, and single player i would make my own copies to play. I can't get banned from live if i dont play on it right? I would just buy halo 3 and play on live..

2. I figured you have to update the the modding software for not gettin caught right? How often would I have to do that?

3. How hard is it to flash a drive for advanced computer user like myself?

welcome to the mod scene,well as of now i havent heard of any bannings since the ixtremefw was released and figure as long as your backups are stealth patched you should be fine.just dont play any backups before release date! 2)just download the latest tools and fw,you wont have to do this often. 3)im not an advanced pc user and it was fairly easy for me-i have flashed atleast 15 or more drives since release.now i just need a tutorial for benq!

Well I figured only online game i will be playing is halo 3. So its not a big deal spending 60 bucks only for one game, other I can play single player, which I wont get banned from.
