I'm hoping to rgh my Xbox 360 but I don't know how or what I need to do it or where to get it. I have Xbox 360 Arcade with a Lite-On DVD drive, a Jasper motherboard and dashboard 2.0.13604.0

For starters, don't update the dashboard kernel as that dash u have is rgh1 and u will get almost instant boot times. Any coolrunner chip will work for that. Start with readind these.

check with xconsole they have coolrunners and a few cr3 pro i believe or you can post a request for item on here goodluck im in illinois as well fyi u need to sign up for a account to view there coolrunners/glitch items

i sent u a link check those links it tells u exactly what u need

You'll need something to read and write your NAND. A JR Programmer will do the job nicely but they are just as hard to find although there are other brands out there that work just as well.
