New X3CE and X3Cp install wont boot from Bios

I have a 1.6 xbox.

I can boot to the MS bios and dashboard no problem however I can not seem to be able to boot to the pre installed bios.

When I try the back up by holding down the power and eject the xbox cycles on and off then just hangs. What should I do from here?
