New X3CE Install but having problems...

Just installed a X3CE onto a v1.6 xbox using the rebuild PCB and the pin header install, also I still have the retail hard-drive installed.

When the xbox boots and the chip is disabled I hear the xbox sounds but get no video at all. The xbox also gets into normal xbox boot menu and has a solid green light.

When I boot with the chip enabled the CD light flashes from red to orange, to a blinking green then stops at a solid green. There is no sound and no video.

If anyone have any suggestions I would appeciate it. Thanks

I thought that the X3CE is suppose to boot to flashbios with the blue screen.. correct me if I'm wrong.

and I'm suppose to flash the bios of the chip then right!?
