Sorry for the late reply, sent my console in to get it rgh'd and repaired, had it for a few days now been figuring out how to do everything with it, slowly getting there its not hard with the help of google. Just have to say the service is top notch, and the turn around was very quick, pmd me my tracking number and answered any questions i asked, quality job too, my dvd drive does not stay shut at all anymore just like i wanted.
