Newbie Help ! Flashed X3 now wont boot?

Cany somebody help out a newbie please.

I've just flashed my X3 chip with 3029 v16plus via HTTP

(I have a v1.6 box)

Everything seemed to go fine, flashed ok and box switched itself off.

Now when I switch it back on the box fires up for about 2 seconds then switches itself back off.

Any ideas ?

Does any bank boot?
What happens when u boot with the chip off?

u could try to check ur pinheader install and take a closer look at pin 13 1nd 14.

I can boot to other banks and get the flash bios screen.

I can disable the chip and it boots to MS fine.

I've just flashed the evo-x bios and that seems to work, as I can play games that I've 'borrowed'. However the evo-x bios doesn't seem to be very good.

I've also just tried 1959 v1.6 and that just gives me a blank screen (blue led) but the power stays on.

I'm assuming that becuase the evo-x bios works that my soldering is ok. Any Clues ??

Update..


Just flashed 2914 v16 and all seems well. Must be something in the latest version that didnt like my box.
