Hello gang!!! I am at wits end! I have installed several Xenium chips with little problem, but a friend suggested I give the Xecuter 2.6 a run! He swears by them. Well, I have been messing with them for a few weeks now, and have yet to get one working!! Is there a guide out here that covers all from "A to Z'? It seems like I am getting bits and pieces of info which is frustrating!! Well enough of that, here are my issues:
Ver. 1.0 - Did a wire install, chip is powered up, I get the "Flash bios 3.01 screen, I insert cdrw with x3 bios, It flashes ok, xbox powers down....where do I go from here?! I have installed 160 gb hard drive. How do I use slayers to complete the install. When I power back up, all I get is the same screen with "Flash Bios" again.
Ver. 1.6 - Used SP solderless adapter, got all led's on adapter (5), install chip, and switches, When switch powers up, one led goes out(ok), then when xbox is powered up, it comes on, goes off, comes on, goes off, comes on, and then I get a blank blue screen! What happened?
I thought I was on my way until I hit these walls. I know this is a long post, but I feel like I have wasted a lot of money to do this to no avail. Please, all suggestions are welcome!!
