GENERAL Newcomer to Game world Need lots of Help

Hey helpfull Guys
im new comer to xbox360 I have few questions well BIG thanks In advance
i wana buy a xbox 360 slim 4gb the question is that
can i flash the dvd drive or is the 360slim dvd drive is flashable to play my back up (that is the reason i switch from ps3 coz i dont wana pay twice for game i allready paid. wich i did.
i really dont go online so most of my paly is offline
and can i play backup of my new games which are xdg3.
so i would be really greatfull to be explained with details

I didn't feel it was pirate talk as he mentioned playing backups of his XGD3 games, which would suggest a backup of those.

I do agree however that there are many sources of information where he can get all his answers very easily and should try that first.
