Newest System Update Error

Hello..i'm kinda a newbie and Noob With xbox system stuff i'm not attending to give away more money To that man who flashed or modded my xbox (Don't ask me if i know my hack system ) Anyways i got couple of Questions Hopefully You guys Answer it>>.

1- I wanna join Xbox live but it quires to update my xbox to the latest Dashboard (the one who got Internet explorer Browser ) But i got This dashboard 2.0.15574.0 ,v2. ( My Xbox is 2011 Production) And i got Phillips Drive comparison

When i press on Yes update my dashboard it shows Error ::3cd6-3f45-1601-0300-c800-0036
Stuff like that....And i don't wanna do anything Could harm my hack .. Ps: i'm From EGYPT :

2- When i play burned games They don't work it gives (XBOX 360 intro) And Play Dvd problem.......And i got ( Free Style Dash 2.0 )


I'd be appreciated If u Guys Help Out

I already tried Via USB fat32 And XBOX LIVE ( is it safe if update throw xbox live? -

I talked to a Microsoft agents They told me Your xbox needs to be repaired (I didn't told
them that i hacked my Xbox) ......And There's an Agent told to re-install system

So PLease i wanna update and enjoy xbox live HElllllllllllllP

The drive has to be flashed back to the stock firmware 1st then do the dash update then re-flashed to the latest firmware.

i got free downloaded games In File ( FSD 2.0 )
