Nintendo Switch SX Pro installation

Hello I am not quite sure whether I posted it at the right place, but I am struggling very hard on installing this sx pro firmware.

So before I had a nintendo switch XAW700270 and found out that it has been patched and wasn't able to install the firmware.
Today I bought a switch with XAW700111 and has been reset by the previous owner.
After I set up the switch I realised that it requires a software patch as the patch number doesn't show at all. (Tried the installation process powerbutton +Vol but the screen just stayed black).

What I want to know is that the recent forum thread I heard that firmware 10.0 burns the fuse, and if that happens does that mean I can no longer install SX Pro?
Im also not sure if the previous owner patched it to firmware 10.0 or not.

I really need someone to give me some hope on getting this solved.

Your confused on process. Vol+ and power button put the Switch into RCM mode. From there you run a payload to boot into SXOS. The switch "staying black" is the normal operation. You need to have your sd card formatted and the proper boot.dat file to get any further. The process will boot the file from the sd card after RCM mode stated. 10.0 is supported by latest update from SX. Fuse burning is the systems way of stopping the downgrade process and has nothing to do with what your doing.

Sorry for not being clear about the installation, what I meant was I inserted the sd card formatted to fat32 with boot.dat file (v2.9.4 Beta) using the pro dongle and the jig. After completely shutting down the switch I pressed power and +Vol to go into RCM mode the screen just stayed black. I turned on the switch and inserted the dongle the dongle light came up blue assuming it is charged.
So basically from your advise I need to do a system update which will be 10.0.1
Also when I went into the Xecuter webside for firmware V2.9.5 I couldn't find it, do I have to wait for this firmware? Or am I just lost haha
If you could help me out that would be really great
