No boot after flash

Hi All

I have installed a x3ce in a crystal v1.6 and everything appeared to go well. (after having to remove a solder bridge on the power/eject adapter)

When it came to flashing it however I have come across something I cant find an answer for.

The first time I tried to flash bank 1234 it froze half way through. No problem, I boot to backup (power and eject <1 sec) and back to flashbios 3.0.1 and try again. This time success (in that it goes all the way and shuts down) . However now it turns on off twice and frags with no video output. I have tried bank 1234 and 5678. I have flahed it 4 or 5 times.

My soldering seems solid (electronics tech) with no solder splashes etc.

Any ideas anyone? 'cause I'm fresh out. I'm using 3029 (not the plus)

Please forgive my stupidity. I thought I had read that the plus bios was for 1.6b only.
