RGH No boot nothing??????

During the rgh proces for extracting my dvd key the slim stopped booting. (I did not use the metal cage, so the rf board might be broken?)
I think it was after retrieving the Nand, i wrote it back and then i removed the nand.
After that time i had two times a red dot, after that nothing at all.
I did about two resoldering of the coolrunner wires.
Please check out the pics for me, i know i am a noob and wish the xbox had a 16d4s drive.
I.ve red something about mosfets (dunno what to do with them) and something about the usb ports.

atm my options are?
-unfixable mobo, buy a new one with the nand and ecc file i can restore the mobo?
-try to fix my solder points and have a go?
-my psu is broken?
-try to test usb ports?
- buy a new slim with a 16d4s drive (no more rgh)?

any suggestions or help in the right direction is very welcome.

Check your stby_clk area make sure no solder is connecting any o the points and try to clean all of the points you touched.

Also just to add it looks like R3B14 has 2 connecting points.

Could you upload better photos for us to have a look at?

Definately need a close up of the stby_clk area. Check the resistor there, should be ~33ohms.

I've tried desoldering the points. Is the small thing next to stb-clk the resistor, i couldn't get an ohm measurement from that, not working for other resisitors as wel. Maybe my multimeter is crap. Hopefully one of you find something wrong on the pics, thanks for looking in to it.

As far as I can tell from your last pictures, is that you pulled pads at R3B15 area. What do you get on your multimeter for the resistors? Nothing at all?

If the resistor (R3B15) is damaged it needs to be replaced, and If Its ok you just need to complete the damaged trace in order to make it boot. Its a 33ohm 0402 resistor.

R3b15 is hard to look at, i see the trace, but not being broken.
the ohm meter is not working, i cant see any ohm measurements anywhere.
is it possible for pro solders to fix r3b15, i'll bring it away.

Its an easy fix if you know what to do, 10-15 minutes top.

Ok now i have got a measurement of r3b15 and gave 33 ohms,
i've made a new pic, hopefully its better to look at.
I can't get any measurenment of the resistor next to stby_clk or any below that, does that mean they are all broken down?
i'm not sure if the r3b15 pad is broken, maybe this photo can tell you guys.

Solder a strand from a wire between the resistor and the trace leading from the missing pad and your problem will be fixed would paint it out but I can't on the phone.

Its so tiny, its hard without magnifying glasses.
I tried but i can't see what i'm doing. I pretinned à piece of wire of 3 mm long and tried to attach it to the resistor and the trace. Any suggesties on how to do this properly?

Thanks for all the replys, i've ordered an helping hand with loop and some liqued flux, it will probable be delivered next week.
I still don't get why i can't measure anything on the stby_clk resistor. Or any other resistors for that matter, only the ones on the r3b15 side give mee 33 ohms, the rest gives nothing.

Hi all,
ive made a fix for the broken pad, now i get a full ohm measurement from beginning tot end.

The only thing is it tries to boot now, does on green flash and then the red dot, i hopen this was solved after broken pad repair, but something else seems broken.
I've tried connecting the nand and red it out again, after that i soldered the coolrunner again and tried to write an ecc image, but whatever i do it won't work.
Think i need to fix the red dot before attempting any further key extraction.
Are there any ways to check why i get the red dot?

Sorry for the long log, but i hope something went wrong when i did the ecc writing on the very first atempt and thats causing the red dot.
