No chip access after flashing 3294 v16plus

I was finally able to get a good flash from disk. I was using the bank 2 switch. From top off, on, off, off, off.

The system went through the load, and then powered off, just like you guys said it would, but now the system just powers off after two seconds when I boot to the chip. I am unable to get back to the load screen, even by pressing power and eject together. The system will stay on, but I get no display with any combination of switch positions.

Any ideas???

You flashed the bank you were on, bank 2, OFF ON OFF OFF.

You should have changed to bank 1 ON ON OFF OFF before you flashed.

As it stands you overflashed the FlashBios 3.0.3 on bank 2, OFF ON OFF OFF.

It seems the X3 bios only installs to Bank 1. You need to hotswap your chip or have Bank 2 reflashed with Flash Bios 3.0.3.

If you are in Canada modchip.ca will reflash it for you if all else fails.

What Xbox version do you have? 1.6b I assume?

my xecuter 3ce has the v3.0.3 bios in a couple of different memory banks. with switches 1,2, and 4 on. also memory switches 1 and 4 on. worth a look

Is there a good, idiot proof guide to completing this Hot Swap proceedure with another XBOX and getting my chip working again? I don't want to screw up the other guys XBOX mod...
