Ok so I have Slayer Auto Installer 2.6 on a disc, a Xecuter 2.6 and everything in order but when I place my slayer disc in to install it then it doesnt bring up anything it goes to error 16. I have gotten many different discs of the same slayer thinking it was a problem with the disc. But then i tried the discs at my friends house and they work. So then I tried locking my HD and I tried turning off my chip and trying to play a normal xbox game, doesnt work. The Slayer dashboard and the regular xbox dash dont work. How can I fix this??

What bios did you flash to your box and what version do you have? You should at least provide more info...

boot xbox with slayer disc in, connect to pc and ftp to the xbox. what files are in c?

the ios that i flashed was a 3.0.3 and i have a 1.1 xbox, it flashed correctly and when the switch board is on bank 2 then everything works fine, so i dont think it is a problem with the bios i flashed.

Yes it was a problem with the bios you flashed. That bios is 256k. You have to flash 512k or 1 meg bios files. Go to Xbins and download the Xecuter 5035 bios. It is already 512k, so you don't need to resize it. Then, just boot to bank 2, and flash with 5035. Be sure to use the vOld file since you have a 1.1. And don't worry, it will flash bank 1, and leave flashbios on bank 2.
