JTAG no dvd key on jtag no cpu key

i did a cpu nand transplant today on a donor board all works fine xenon jtag boots plays games off harddrive but wont boot xell is there a way of getting cpu key so i can get dvd key without soldering all the wires back on I have the nand flash but its not original and dont really know the history as it was a cpu and nand of a scrap jtag board .
I tried booting with eject etc but still wont boot xell would i be ok to run jtag tool and use nandx wand rewrite xell or is there a easier method with no soldering just being lazy as it took me 2 hours to get to this stage with a working jtag

Yes i put hard drive in and it plays games from game libaryboots freestyke dash etc withouth the disk ie they have been nxe god also it boots xexmenu its defo jtagged I could use it without the drive but prefer to have a drive

So download Dashlaunch and in the package there's a XeLL Launcher which should invoke XeLL for you.
