NO Executer 3 installed

Hi.
I have installed the Xecuter 3 , and flashed the bios. The machine boots, and the "rox my box" shows, but then it appears "No executer 3 installed"
What may be wrong?

First, it "Xecuter" (small thing).
Second, check your solder.. particularly D0. I know most feel confident about thier work but if you do check it anyway.

Third, for future reference it helps to know what dash your trying to run (if any). What kind of install are you doing (wire, header, etc.). What version xbox you have & what version of bios you flashed to the chip as well as what banks you placed it on.

Last but not least.....
Your description is a bit broad but I know some old timer is going to chime in and tell you to use the search feature of the forums.
