No flash bios switch on board?

I have just installed everything, but realised there is no switch on the board to disable the flash - is my board faulty or newer?

I have the Xecuter 3 CE Xbox Mod Chip on a version 1.0 Xbox.

I am set - the switch is actually on the side of the newer xecuter boards. Found it, flashed it and now playing it... yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
