Bad experience
I am in a similiar position to dnast01, but at this stage I might not recommend sending your chip to Xecuter Australia!! I have a 1.6b xbox and tried to flash the bios. Something went wrong during the process, not sure exactly what the problem was but the flashing process froze up and after rebooting no more flashbios 3.0.3!
Taking the suggestion of DJBOOBY I tried to get in contact with Xecuter Australia. They replied and sent me an email telling me to send my X3CE chip to be reflashed.
Sounds good but....after express posting my X3CE down to Melbourne and paying for express post back to me in Brisbane I haven't heard anything from them. They now have my chip but after repeated attempts to contact them and find out what the hold up is, they simply won't reply. I cann't phone them because if you check their web site there is no contact information. Only a form you can fill out online and a email address you get when you order from them. Both of which they ignore!! After they got you money dude they don't seem to care.
I am really not satisfied with Excuter Australia and at this stage i truely believe they are never going to reply back to me and just keep the chip!!!
