No flashbios anymore?

OK. I followed instructions to install X3 bios and loaded DVD no problems, flashed succesfully. However, I on had OFF ON OFF OFF OFF and not ON ON when flashing. Now I can't seem to get flashbios back? Is this something I can do or have I really fooked it?
Is it possible to get this back onto the bios via DVD or something similiar?
I bought from xecuter Australia so hoping these guys will help me out?

No good with backup. poo. I don;t have a spare modchip to flash or do a hot swap (might have to get one I think) and Xecuter OZ is interstate so that means freighting xbox again!!

Double poo!

You only need to send the chip not the whole Xbox.
That doesn't cost much compared to the value of the chip.

If you know someone else with an X3 installed you can get the modchip flashed on their box...

Bad experience

I am in a similiar position to dnast01, but at this stage I might not recommend sending your chip to Xecuter Australia!! I have a 1.6b xbox and tried to flash the bios. Something went wrong during the process, not sure exactly what the problem was but the flashing process froze up and after rebooting no more flashbios 3.0.3!

Taking the suggestion of DJBOOBY I tried to get in contact with Xecuter Australia. They replied and sent me an email telling me to send my X3CE chip to be reflashed.

Sounds good but....after express posting my X3CE down to Melbourne and paying for express post back to me in Brisbane I haven't heard anything from them. They now have my chip but after repeated attempts to contact them and find out what the hold up is, they simply won't reply. I cann't phone them because if you check their web site there is no contact information. Only a form you can fill out online and a email address you get when you order from them. Both of which they ignore!! After they got you money dude they don't seem to care.

I am really not satisfied with Excuter Australia and at this stage i truely believe they are never going to reply back to me and just keep the chip!!!

Their mail box fills up pretty quickly and also ignores hotmails and other addresses they might consider spam.

Get in contact with _M_ in the reseller feedback forum.
I've sent things to get swapped such as a Control Panel to a different colour and emails got bounced back or delayed replies but I got it sorted out through here directly as I had to pay for postage back which was what they were waiting for. Best way is to send a money order with your returned goods if you have to pay for postage back and you pretty much get your item back with no hassle. Their service is still top to me but communication is sometimes a problem.

Amazing how you offer to reflash somebody's modchip after they mucked it up at no charge to them and they are still not satisfied. Makes me wonder why we try so hard for people. Sad thing is that maybe the next guy will get charged for a reflash because of this sort of comment!

Apologies Xecuter Australia. Readers of this column disregard my previous post.

But Xecuter Australia its really tough to communicate with you guys!! I'd be real patient if i got anything back as from you in response. When you don't hear anything you start to think the worst pretty quick.

I don't know your prespective, but this is the first response in around a week, and even if I look like a d**k now, it was still awesome to hear something (anything) back from you.
