xbox 1.4 or 1.5, xecuter 2.6ce with solderless, i did use the brass furrows.
When chip is on, i get blue light on it and a green light on my dip switches(correct). Xbox boots normally with no frag.
Problem, spash screen shows 'Microsoft' instead of 'rox my box' every time, whether the chip is on or off, then it goes to the green config screen. I figured my D0 might have bad connection, so i confirmed it was in the hole and even put some solder where the wire connects with the black plastic. still no difference, i took another 2.6ce that has been flashed and pressed it in, it acts the same way...
I'd like to not have to solder it in...options?
I see that on the solder setup, the grey wire on the 3 wire connector is D0. Can i leave the solderless connector, solder only the grey D0 and plug it in the chip and expect normal functionality?
