no game saves

Hi i have just fitted a new drive to my 1.4 xbox with evox 3935 the drive is a maxtor diamondmax plus 9 120gb now stuck it in all fine formated it and reistalled my dashboard drive works fine but, i have copyed a game to new drive (drive f) works great but i cant save my game progress to it :-( anyone throw a bit of light on this

can you access your E drive? if you can have you got a TDATA and UDATA directory? not exactly sure how you rebuilt your new drive but I backed up and copied over from TDATA and UDATA directory. If they are not there try creating them - this might help? I have never upgraded a disk without those folders being there - not sure if a game would create the folders if they were missing?
