And where are your pictures and the rest of the important info? It makes a probable solution way easier if you tell step by step what you've done and show pictures.

You will not get any support here with that fake TX Coolrunner...

Sorry mate, utmad is correct, that is a fake coolrunner, guess you're on your own unless you replace this fake one with a genuine tx product.. This is also a point why pictures are important

100% sure, has the Xilinx writing on the chip and nice square corners on the PCB..
