If you have a multimeter, check the connection betwean point B on your QSB and the actual pin the QSB is soldered to, put the multimeter probes left of the resistor and on the point on the QSB. Also if that comes back fine then check you have the correct .ECC and make sure you make it with python and not jtag tool or ECC maker - multi builder v0.4 works perfectly as well. and check your switches on the coolrunner itself.

I am assuming you built and wrote an ECC image to your NAND and programmed your CoolRunner with the Jasper jed/xsvf?
thought jaspers had the ram chips on the top of the board, that doesnt look like a jasper.

another thing, ide move that green wire on the underside if i were you, when you put it in the case, the screw hole thing will crush that and possibly ground it.

I CHECKED EVERYTHING IT IS ALL FINE I USED MY METER READER LIKE U SAID ALL FINE AND AS FOR THE ECC MARTIN-C MADE IT FOR ME AND I PROGRAMD IT WITH THIS VID [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wunyw58JeCk"]How to Program your Team Xecuter Coolrunner - YouTube[/ame]

ANYTHING ELS IT WOULD BE

ALSO IF I PUT THE MULTI METTER TO THE 683 BLUE RESISTOR ONE ON EACH SIDE LEFT AND RIGHT SHOULD IT MAKE A READING OR NOT

360_Multi_Builder_v0.3 WAS USED TO MAKE THE ECC

So to finalise:
-Check the connection on point B just incase using a multimeter.
-Check and make sure the .ECC file is correct and that it was created either directly with python on in 360 Multi Builder.
-Check that the Xbox 360 is actually a jasper (the ram chips are on the top for jaspers, i think). If it isn't a jasper then remove that Cap.
-Check your coolrunner is programed with the correct file!
-Move the green wire away from the screw hole as it will be crushed by the case.

Once you've done all that it should work fine.

try rerouting the blue and green cables away from the underside of the coils, i found with mine if the green wire was to near I just got a red light on the coolrunner. Once moved away the green light flashed every 5 secs as it should.

As previously said, re-route PLL_BYPASS (green wire) away from the coils so it doesn't get any electrical interference.

Also, lose the caps.... there is no need for it.

and the cap isnt 68nf anyway, the 3 is how many zeros. atleast thats what i read on another post. so you need a 680CAP, anyway its not a jasper by the looks of it so you dont need one.

Make sure the probe is on the actualy leftor right pin of the resistor because puting it on the point you solder to can give inacurate results as its always gunna be connected to the B point on the QSB

Are you sure it's a jasper? Because seriously i've never seen a jasper with the ram chips on the underside, check the power plug socket, google the image of how to indentify which motherboard.

Oh and for the problem with the point B not connecting, put a bit of flux down, heat the solder and just try and make it connect, it looks like quite a bit of solder there, not tons but it looks like alot more than needed.
