No Green light on coolrunner-PROBLEM SOLVED!!

=====================================================================
PROBLEM SOLVED

thanks everyone for your attention, I personal solved the problem. Just like one saying: SOLDERING SOLDERING AND SOLDERING!!

QSB ------ is the PROBLEM, I re-soldering the QSB and it dosent work, then I took off the QSB completely, and just do wires, and it workes perfect. I m not complain QSB, but it did bring me lots trouble. To pull the cable off the socket of QSB is a pain after NAND FLASH. I could just finish all my work 2 days ago, the QSB make me delayed. With QSB soldering, I cant see whats wrong with it as all the points views are blocked and can be hardly seen the disconnection if something wrong. So this kit actually slowed my work.
==========================================================

After 2 days check and re-check, I couldnt find a possible way to make it work.
Console type: SLIM----trinity
Chips: SLIM QSB and COOLRUNNER
The thread I refered: FiB3R's Glitch guide
http://www.team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76193

Step 1 Update NAND-X-------no problem

Step 2 Soldering QSB and Dump NANDDUMP.BIN -----No probelm

Step 3 Create XeLL/ECC Glitch image -----A little issue here.
The muti builder is not fuctioning in my XP, after select 1 for Trinity Motherboard, I press enter and enter and enter, it showes nothing then close off. I tried my other PC with Vista on, it works fine and I got image_00000000.bin. I brought this file back to my XP and moved on with next step.

Step 4 Flash the Reset Glitch Hack v1.1 .ecc file to the NAND---No problem
After a little issue on Step 3, I goes pretty smooth on step 4, everything is showing exactly same as pics in tutorial.

STEP 5 Programming the TX CoolRunner---No problem
NandPro xsvf: Trinity.xsvf is the one I entered. and it succesfully excuted!

STEP 6 Install the TX CoolRunner-----PROBLEM? I DONT KNOW
In last 2 days I have been checking this issue, lots professionals recommanded me to check this step first. and I carefully checked, besides of QSB, everything is just fine, I had very clean soldering points. I took off QSB and re-solder it.

STEP 7 Retrieve your CPU Key--------FAILED NO GREEN LIGHT NO HOPE!!
I powered up the console and cant see the greenlight but red light is on since power cable on the console.

PS. Does position of blue wire coil affect?
Does anyone know whats going on? I m running out of idea so far.

Ya classic sign of blue wire being incorrectly soldered. Check that one, resolder it. Also, make sure it isn't shorting to anything around it.

I think if the orange wire is shorted (the point you asked about on the QSB) the xbox wouldn't turn on at all (but not totally sure about that).
