So a little bit of preface, this is the 20th console I've RGH'd, so it's not my first slim I've ever done...
I programmed the coolrunner with jtag tool as usual (twice, just to make sure the program wasn't bad)
I then read the nand, and flashed ECC (first with Jtag Tool, then with 360 Multibuilder.) I checked all my soldering and it looks good to me:
I even thought it might be the CPU_RST wire, so I soldered another one:
Every time I try to boot the console up (With the CR set to NOR, SLIM) I get a clicking from the fan about every half second, which I why I thought it was CPU_RST and thus resoldered it. Anyway, I'm at a loss, can anyone help me out here? Thanks!
Edit: I just checked the continuity of all the wires with a multimeter and they all look good.
