No green light, power blinking (when on)

I have a strange problem. I checked all connections 10 times and everything is ok.
Whem I put power on the XBOX (Falcon) the xbox turns on and I got no green led.
The strange thing is... the pwr led starts blinking (I also hear my fan glitching)
After this, nothing happened

Did you program your CoolRunner?

Have you written an ECC image to your NAND?

Yes I have programmed (switch in PRG) the Coolrunner with Falcon (switch PHAT and NOR (installed))
And I flashed the NAND (I checked it with restoring my original NAND dump...

Did your NAND dump have any bad blocks?

i would start with correcting pll_bypass as it is exposed too much. Can be causing short circuits.
Also could you add pic covering nand-x qsb and whole coolrunner please?

That PLL point is not safe. I would trim the wire lead and re-solder it. I solder to the original point + the one end of the resistor, this creates a better connection in theory.

I soldered a wire (kynar) with nice length to the PLL point, but the problem still exists, it doesnt make any sense...

No I dumped 4 images and all the same and no read error in nandpro

I suggest using 360 Multi Builder or Python command line to build an ECC image and then use the following command in NandPro:

nandpro usb: +w16 image_00000000.ecc

(assuming you are using a USB flasher)

Re-solder CPU_PLL_BYPASS (use the original CoolRunner wire).

I can't see STBY_CLK very well because of the black tape.

STBY_CLK is also a black kynar wire because kynar connects better...

Did you test your console as per my roadmap for noobies to make sure it booted before you flashed the ECC file?

Can you confirm that by flashing the 1st 50 blocks back to your NAND that it boots?
(nandpro usb: -w16 nanddump.bin 0 50)
