Sure. I have been using 30 awg kynar wire for all points exept ground and power.

What a bad mistake you guys. I soldered ground to the qsb point, that wire was too long and was kynar. Now I soldered the original coolrunner black cable to AV and now Xell boots within 1sec.
How can I verify everything worked? (I see the dvd and cpu key)

The fact you can see XeLL tells you it's glitching.

You can now use your CPU key to build an RGH image.
