Hi all

It's been a while since I had a problem and feel quite chuffed with myself as flashed my xbox a fair few times thanks to you guys!

However, with the latest dashboard update, went to flash it to stock and got greeted with 'no i/o ports found during enumeration' so went to forum and saw I could download latest version of Jungleflasher and get the file signature enforced by disabling the driver signature enforcement. However, i'm still getting the 'no i/o ports found during enumeration' message plus on top of that my xbox drive is not detected by Jungleflasher and for some reason the tray no longer opens. I am using X360usb pro and CK3 Lite. I think I may have balls up my Liteon drive as put it back in the xbox and the tray will no longer open. Please can anyone give me their pearls of wisdom?. I'm on Windows 8 but tried it on wife's Window 7 and still get the 'no i/o ports found during enumeration' message?

Sorry to bother you all but bit of a sad git when it comes to stuff like this, why has it suddenly become different in flashing the xbox since last time?

right near the beach :)
Sure would be cool if people read the stickies in the support section for their products before hosing their drives

Sure would be cool if you weren't so rude young man! If you don't know the answer don't comment!

Thanks but I don't think that is the problem as I updated my V1 usb pro with 'X360USB_PRO_0.20.1-x360usb.hex' driver today and it is still not recognised?
Have you installed the drivers on the computer for the usbpro ? If you haven't it won't show up in jf

and did you even read the 2 posted sites ? Since they are to install the device drivers and you thought they were for the USB pro hex driver

Ok i reinstalled the drivers and flashed what I seemed to be a successful flash as it said ok all round, put the xbox back together but now my disks seem to be running at an incredibly fast speed and not being read, any ideas?

Oh, I knew the answer. I also know the difference between a .HEX firmware image and a device driver. You would have to if you had read the product support pages, but I guess it's easier to just pollute the forums with needless threads, and then get snippy when you get called on it.
