No light on front LED and stock nand not booting

My soldering joints look pretty good and I tested them and they are all open it seems. I don't know how to test continuity from the points on the demon to the points on the top of the nand. Also, my front usb port thingy doesn't have any leds lit. I have the sync button wired up and it switches fine and glitches and boots from the demon with no problem but I get a black screen on the stock nand...can someone point me in the right direction please.

had the ribbon cable wedged under the clip and not even in the damn thing...checking soldering now...now I have a bridge...will post pics soon

uggh I tried to touch up one of the joints and globbed some solder around and then lifted it with some leaded solder but now I have a bridge...I guess I will have to remove, find the bridge, and then reinstall...damn what a pain in the ass.

use some flux, it helps
