No lights on Coolrunner

Hello,

Ive recently purchased a nand-x and coolrunner, and fitted it. Soldering went very well in my opinion. But for some reason there are no lights on the coolrunner.
Only if i unplug everything, turn the xbox on and switch the coolrunner to NOR i will get a red and green light on.

Also the Nand-x has 2 lights when plugged in through USB but as soon as i plug it into the coolrunner the lights go out? When i play around with the wires they blink on and off. Faulty jtag cable im wondering?
I havnt tried the LPT method yet gotta dig out the old desktop computer...

Ive just seen a picture of one and i think the ground and 3.3v cables are reversed on my jtag cable? Cant check right now cause im not a home but will check when im able to.

ok no probs lads

have to wait till i get home probs a few days, im pretty certain its the wire, i read somewhere where was a dodgy batch of them or something and i just seen somewhere they're wires were crossed on the cable too. But yeh i'll get pictures no probs.

I didnt program the coolrunner before i soldered everything no.
But thats the problem im trying to program it now, but of course it cant because theres no power going to it.
